in chapter 23 mr.kasigi gets back from a conferences that couldn't have gone better. and when he gets into his office there is a big pile of congratulation notes from Charity's and jewlery stores he phones floramundi and said to get to his office and explain what happen with all the checks and he finds out that cap has spent all the checks and he cant do anything about it because he moved.
